Kelly Osbourne launched the Swatch Watch re branding last night , and we hoped she would smile more because without it .. Her eye make up would frighten little children. We dont mention how frightened they would be if they stayed up to see her various tattoos…

X Factor – Rachel Adedeji goes home

Posted on 01 Nov 2009 at 10:56pm

So… third time unlucky for Rachel Adedeji . She didn’t deserve to be in the bottom two. Knew Simon would send it to deadlock – for Cheryl. The guy is so besotted with her!!! Poor Lloyd couldn’t sing tonight, some reckon he can’t sing any night. There’s something about Rachel that just grates on me when she’s talking. Don’t know what it is…

And what of Jedward. HOW are they still in this competition??! Enough is enough, they’ve had their fun, they’ve rocked things up a bit but surely they can’t survive another week? Please public, lets not turn this into the Strictly farce that was John Seargent this time last year!

Delighted Danyl survived again. His performance last night was dire to start off but it was obvious he couldn’t hear the music, hence he was totally off key. He looked shook. Thought Olly rocked. Want him to win!

Roll on next week…

Bookies are behind the Grimes Twins!

Posted on 22 Oct 2009 at 9:10am

X Factor hopefuls John and Edward Grimes are gaining momentum in their quest to win this year’s X Factor. Not only have the twins got the backing of superstar Robbie Williams but top bookie Paddy Power have also powered in behind them.

The generous bookie was at the Spa Hotel in Lucan today to present John and Edwards father, John Senior, with a €1,000 bet at odds of 50/1 on his sons winning this year’s contest.

All winnings from the bet will be donated to the Grimes family’s chosen charities of choice, The Marie Keating Foundation and the ISPCA.

At 50/1 the twins are outsiders in the betting to win this year’s X Factor but if they do go the distance, they’ll net a whopping €50,000 for charity. Even if the brothers fail to win Paddy Power will donate the stake money to their two favoured causes.

Paddy Power said: “We think the lads are great fun and we jumped at the opportunity to get behind them. Hopefully Robbie William’s support will give them the X Factor they need to go on and win!”

X Factor – who will win? 3/1 Danyl Johnson 3/1 Joe McElderry 7/2 Stacey Soloman 6/1 Jamie Archer (Afro) 6/1 Olly Murs 8/1 Lucie Jones 20/1 Lloyd Daniels 25/1 Miss FRANK 50/1 John and Edward Grimes 50/1 Rachel Adedeji
